Just Disposables Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement Overview
These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Just Disposables (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the affiliate (referred to as “you,” “your,” or “affiliate”).
2. Program Participation
2.1. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a valid South African bank account
- Must provide accurate personal and tax information
3. Commission Structure
3.1. Earnings
- 10% commission on all fully paid and completed orders
- No cap on potential earnings
- Commissions are calculated on the final paid amount excluding shipping
4. Tracking and Cookies
4.1. Duration
- Referral tracking cookies remain active for 7 days
- The first affiliate to refer a customer receives the commission
- Multiple referrals within the cookie period will credit the first referrer
5. Payments
5.1. Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: R500
- Payment methods: EFT to South African bank accounts or store credit
- Payments can be initiated once the R500 threshold is reached
- Account must be verified before payment processing
6. Geographic Restrictions
- Program is valid only for sales within South Africa
- Shipping is limited to South African addresses
7. Marketing Guidelines
7.1. Permitted Activities
- All legal marketing methods are allowed
- Must comply with platform-specific policies and guidelines
- Must accurately represent Just Disposables products and services
8. Affiliate Responsibilities
8.1. Content
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date promotional materials
- Clearly disclose affiliate relationship in promotions
- Do not misrepresent products or pricing
9. Term and Termination
9.1. Duration
- Agreement remains valid until terminated by either party
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of terms
- 30-day written notice required for voluntary termination
10. Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify these terms with notice
- Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified terms
11. Liability
- Just Disposables is not liable for technical tracking issues
- Affiliates are responsible for their marketing methods and content
- We are not responsible for lost commissions due to disabled cookies
